These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jaybet ("jaybet", "we", "us", "the Platform"), accessible at jaybet.onl. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Minimum Age. Access to jaybet is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 21+ By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jaybet reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be suspended immediately and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

1.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jaybet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all pending withdrawals.

1.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep your account information current. jaybet reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

1.4 Geographic Restrictions. jaybet operates as an online entertainment platform targeting players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jaybet is lawful in your jurisdiction. jaybet makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations other than Bangladesh.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

2.1 Password and Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jaybet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login information.

2.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify jaybet immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. jaybet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account, but cannot guarantee recovery of any funds lost prior to notification.

2.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your jaybet account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Attempting to transfer an account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jaybet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jaybet does not apply hidden currency conversion fees for transactions denominated in BDT.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. jaybet reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

3.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jaybet account within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within the same business day for transactions initiated before the daily cut-off time. jaybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications failures, or banking system outages.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility and Verification. To initiate a withdrawal, your account must have completed the identity verification process ("KYC"). jaybet may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3.5 Withdrawal Limits and Timelines. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. jaybet will use commercially reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. jaybet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal amounts, which may extend processing timelines.

3.6 Source of Funds. jaybet may, at its sole discretion, request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus. New players at jaybet may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, subject to the specific promotion terms in force at the time of registration. The maximum welcome bonus amount and wagering requirements are published on the relevant promotion page and may be amended by jaybet at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by jaybet are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be subject to separate withdrawal rules.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. jaybet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using a bonus in a manner designed to exploit mathematical loopholes; placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements; and any other conduct that jaybet, in its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with the intended purpose of a promotional offer. jaybet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified.

4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jaybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Promotions are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated. jaybet's decision regarding the application and eligibility of promotional offers is final.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on jaybet are subject to acceptance by the platform. jaybet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the platform suspects irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds, or potential integrity violations.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error, jaybet reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Payouts made in error as a result of a system malfunction are not considered valid and jaybet reserves the right to recover any such amounts from a player's account balance.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jaybet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities: use of automated software ("bots") to place bets; collusion with other players; match-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event; exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities; and any form of fraudulent activity.

6. Responsible Gaming

No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jaybet.

7.2 Limited Licence. jaybet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by jaybet's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

8.2 Data Security. jaybet employs SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and jaybet cannot warrant absolute security of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. jaybet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.

9.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jaybet's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) days preceding the date of the claim.

9.3 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jaybet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Amendments to These Terms

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jaybet, you agree to first contact jaybet support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for an informal resolution. jaybet's decision on matters within its platform operations — including account actions, bet settlements, and bonus determinations — is final and binding.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jaybet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver. No failure or delay by jaybet in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
